Camp Able is specifically designed for persons with special needs. It is NOT about disabilities, but ABILITIES!   Camp Able is about forming a community that loves us just as we are.   Our goal is to establish, at least for one week, a community of unconditional love, compassion and acceptance.

 

Camp Able at St. Peter's by the Sea, Gulfport, MS, is a day camp with activities such as a talent show, dance, arts & crafts, local adventures, water activities, and games. Our ages range from age 4 and up.  Each camper, faced with their own set of circumstances, works through their challenges to take part in a camp that allows them to have fun, learn new things and most importantly just be extraordinarily beloved children of God.

 

The cost of camp is $100. Your payment in full is appreciated along with your application or you may send a $30 deposit. There is limited financial aid available - we ask that you apply for aid only if truly needed.
